TheNakaya Kataba Universal Meiko – probably our best selling saw. It has a combination of cross and rip-cut teethwhich makes it a very versatile saw in the workshop. Katabarefers to the blade not having a spine, so is therefore able to perform deeper cuts when required. The blade will still track straight in the cut as the blade will be under tension when pulled.

• Replaceable blademade from high-quality Japanese steel.

• Combination cross and rip-cut teeth.

• 250mm long blade.

• Blade thickness: 0.5mm thick.

The saw is supplied with rattan-wrap.

This saw performs best with a light touch and deliberate stroke. When the blade eventually dulls, replacements are easy to fit.
