Oscar’s gougesmeasure between 280mm and 300mm(11” to 12”) overall with octagonal ash handles with brass ferrules..

Oscar’ssweeps are based on thediameter of a circle.

Either a 30mm, 50mm or 90mm diameter circle.

Thesestraight bodied gouges are from a from a 90mm circle – shallow sweep.

Widths – 25, 35 or 45mm
