Nakaya Dozuki Classic Saw

Product Description

The Nakaya Classic Dozuki is a precise, well-balanced saw designed for fine joinery work. Dozukirefers to the backed spine, making itan excellent choice for dovetails (even though it is a crosscut), tenons, and other detail-oriented cuts where accuracy matters.

• Replaceable blade made from high-quality Japanese steel.

• Cross-cut teeth,perfect for “shoulder” work.

• Ultra-thin blade: 0.3 mm thick.

• Fine tooth pitch: 1 tooth per mm or 25.4TPI (teeth per inch) for smooth, controlled cuts.

The saw is supplied with rattan-wrap on the 150mm, but not the 240mm version.

This saw performs best with a light touch and deliberate stroke. When the blade eventually dulls, replacements are easy to fit with a screwdriver.
