Available in lengths10″ and 12″ with 13 or 15 tpi, in either Rip (for cutting with the grain) or Crosscut (for cutting across the grain) formation.

Blade depths are as follows:
10″ Blade length = Blade depth 2″
12″ Blade length = Blade depth 2 1/2″

These Pax 1776 saws are the premium range made by Thomas Flinn & Co in Sheffield, England. Thetenonsaws are beautifuly crafted with a heavy brassback which is foldedto give the blade its tension. The open handles are made from Walnut and have solid brass split but screw and medallion.If you like a heavier saw, then this might well be the one for you.
