The Pax rangeof saws are made byThomas Flinn & Co in Sheffield, England. They perform like the 1776 premium range, just don’t have all the refinery. So instead of an open Walnut handle, these saws have a closed handle made from steamed Beech with a two-tone gloss finish. They have the sameheavy brassback which is foldedto give the blade its tension.If you like a heavier saw, then this might well be the one for you.

Packed in individual presentation style card box.

The 8″ Dovetail has a 2 1/4″ depth of cut whilst the 10″ tenons have 2 3/8″ depth.
